Dear friend, in these difficult times it is easy to give up on one’s dreams and desires. So easy in fact, that people do not even think about them, they are happy to have a job. Any job. And to receive a salary. On time. Luckily, if you are reading this I know you’re not one of those people.

You’re a person who has decided to take their life into their own hands, and who wants to have or already has their own business. You want to do things your way, you want to realize your idea and you love what you are doing. You see an opportunity and want to use it while deep down you know you can do it better than everyone else. Whatever you do from this point on in your life you’ll know you’ve made ​​an effort to achieve your dreams and that you took a risk.

Now that you have started hold on tight to yourself and your values. Do not be swayed because there are 330,000 unemployed people and because our economy is dead and no one pays each other. This all has nothing to do with you. In entrepreneurship you are only “fighting” yourself. And one of the most important things you have to learn, my dear friend, is to say no. Say NO to black labor, bribery, cheating the state and clients who are wanting you to do the opposite of your values. This is crucial. If you try to adjust to unreasonable demands of customers you will lose yourself. Just say NO. Do not accept jobs that you do not want just to get some money “until the right thing comes along” and start doing all sorts of things to make a buck or two. Have courage to say no to everything you do not want to do.

Here’s what we said NO to (and check if you can be our client along the way):

• You deal with the sale of goods (retail, wholesale)
  You deal with the production of physical products (not software)
  You have a “warehouse”, stocks of goods and products, etc.
  You have an association or are self-employed
  You have more than 20 employees
  You find that 1,000 KN per month + VAT is too much for an accounting service
  Or you simply do not have a sense of humor

So, if you responded positively to any of the points above we are not the service for you.
